Privacy policy
A top-up request creates a small record. This page says exactly what is in it, why it exists, how long it stays, and how to make it go away.
What we collect
From the top-up form: a 10-digit nol tag id, an amount in AED, an email address, and optionally a phone number and a note. From the contact form: a name, an email address, a topic and a message.
Automatically, our web server writes a standard access log containing an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and a browser user-agent string. That is ordinary server housekeeping, not profiling.
We do not collect bank card data on this site at any point, because there is nowhere on it to enter any.
Why we hold it
To carry out the top-up you asked for, to answer you about it afterwards, to process a refund if one is needed, and to meet the record-keeping duties that apply to a business handling payments in the United Arab Emirates.
The legal basis is the performance of the service you requested, plus our own legitimate interest in keeping accurate financial records.
How long it stays
Request records, including the tag id and the amount, are kept for 24 months from the date of the request, after which they are deleted. Contact-form messages are deleted 12 months after the conversation ends. Server access logs are rotated after 90 days.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider, which receives the amount and the reference so it can take your payment, and which handles your bank card data under its own policy rather than passing it to us. Our email and hosting providers, which carry and store the messages.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, we run no advertising pixels, and we operate no analytics on this site.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your record, by writing to support@nolfarepay.com from the email address used for the request. We reply within 30 days.
Deletion is not possible for records we are still required to keep for financial reporting. Where that applies, we tell you which record and for how long.
Cookies and children
This site sets two functional cookies and no trackers. The cookie policy lists them.
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold data about children. If you believe we do, write to us and we will remove it.
