What is already in place

Every page starts with a skip link to the main content. Headings run in order without skipped levels. All interactive controls are reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, and the focus outline is never removed.

Form fields have real labels rather than placeholder text, error messages are attached to their field programmatically, and no field relies on colour alone to show a problem. Buttons and tap targets are at least 48 by 48 pixels.

Body text passes AA contrast against its background, and the layout reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling down to a 320-pixel viewport. Zooming text to 200 per cent does not cut anything off.

Language and direction

The Arabic version is a full translation, not a machine pass, and it is served right-to-left with the correct lang and dir attributes so screen readers switch voice properly. Phone numbers, email addresses, amounts and the tag id are wrapped as left-to-right islands so their digits never reorder.

Motion

The one animated illustration on the home page and the scroll progress bar both respect the reduced-motion setting in your operating system. With it on, nothing on this site moves on its own.

Known gaps

The scroll progress bar is decorative and carries no text alternative, because a text alternative would just add noise for screen-reader users.

The section index rail on wide screens duplicates links that already exist in the page and in the menu. It is hidden from assistive technology for that reason.

Long policy pages have no in-page search. On a narrow screen, finding a clause means scrolling or using the browser's own find function.
