Top up nol card in minutes — nol card recharge online

NolFarePay is an independent online desk for Dubai commuters who want to top up nol card balance without queuing at a station machine. A nol card recharge online needs three details: the 10-digit nol tag id printed on the card, the amount in AED you want added, and an email address for the confirmation. There is no account to create, nothing to install, and you pay securely by card once an agent confirms the request.

Every request is read by a person at our Jumeirah desk during working hours.

What you need before you top up nol card

Three pieces of information are enough, and we deliberately do not collect more than that.

A 10-digit nol tag id

Digits only, printed on the back of the card. We never ask for a login, a PIN or a password.

An amount in AED

Pick one of the preset amounts or type any figure between AED 20 and AED 500 per request.

An email address

Your confirmation and reference code go there. No newsletter, and we do not pass the address on.

How a nol card recharge online works at our desk

The flow is short on purpose. You send a request, we check it, you pay, the balance lands. You can stop at any point before payment and nothing happens.

Send the request

Open the top-up page, fill in the tag id, the amount and your email, then submit. Nothing is charged at this step.

An agent reviews it

A support agent checks the tag id format and the amount against the limits, then replies from support@nolfarepay.com with a secure payment link.

Balance is credited

Once the payment clears, the balance is added to the card. Tap at any gate or on-board validator to see the new figure.

Where your nol card works after a top up

The balance you add is the same balance you spend across the city. After a top-up the card is ready for metro journeys, the tram, public buses and water transport routes, and for paid parking machines that accept it.

Commuters in Jumeirah, Al Quoz, Deira and Al Rigga tap the same card on every leg of a trip, which is why one larger top-up usually covers a full week of travel. Our desk only adds balance to the card — fares, zones, travel classes and validity rules belong to the operator and the card issuer.

We handle nol cards only. If you hold a transport card issued in another emirate, this desk cannot add balance to it, and we will say so rather than take the request.

Support and working hours at the Dubai desk

Common questions about nol card top-ups

How do I top up nol card through this website?

Open the top-up page, enter the 10-digit nol tag id printed on the card, choose or type an amount in AED, and add an email address. Submit the form. An agent checks the request and emails you a secure payment link; the balance is credited after that payment clears.

How long does a nol card recharge online take?

During working hours, usually within 30 minutes of a cleared payment. Requests that arrive after 18:00 GST, or on Friday and Saturday, are reviewed on the next working day, so the total time is longer.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard bank cards, paid on the secure checkout page of our payment provider using the link an agent sends you. We do not take bank transfers, cash or cryptocurrency, and we do not collect card data on this website.

What fees and limits apply?

A flat AED 3 service fee per request, always shown before you confirm. The minimum top-up is AED 20 and the maximum is AED 500 per request, with up to 3 requests per card per day. Nothing is added after you confirm.
